Ideal Protein and Baby Weight

Though weight gain is normal during pregnancy, it may be stubborn and hard to lose. The Ideal Protein protocol is designed to help you lose fat quickly and efficiently, under medical-supervision. With the IP protocol, you’ll be back in your old wardrobe in no time!

Pregnancy is a meaningful and new experience every time.

As women, we experience it in different ways culturally, socially, and medically. During this time, it is normal to gain some weight, however, many women- more than half- gain more than their recommended amount during pregnancy; the more you gain, the harder it is to lose. Not surprisingly, post-baby weight gain, especially if you have multiple births spaced close together, is a significant contributor to female obesity rates.

Many women find that breastfeeding their newborn for a year really helps with weight-loss during the postpartum period, but nursing for this length of time is not always possible for the mother.

New mothers really benefit from medically-supervised, clinically-proven, structured diet protocols.

Consider starting a diet plan six months after you give birth, or once you stop breastfeeding. You should have at least lost the amount of weight gained during pregnancy during those first six months. Not all experts agree on this six month mark and the stresses of a new addition to your family along with more sleepless nights will only make structured diets harder down the line so the sooner you start, the better!

If you are one of the many women who struggle with post-baby weight-loss, schedule a consult with our Nutritionist- she will guide you through our medically-supervised, healthy-weight protocol.
