What the Fee Does Not Cover
The Bloom Annual Administrative Fee does not cover medical care.Office visits, procedures, laboratory services, imaging, surgery, and other medical services continue to be billed to your insurance according to the terms of your individual health plan.

The annual fee applies to insured patients receiving care from Dr. Neetu Sodhi. Cash-pay patients are not assessed the annual fee, as administrative services are already included in their visit fees.
